Kara Menopause Rapid Self Test
Kara's Rapid Home Menopause Test works by detecting the level of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) in a woman’s urine.
During the period leading up to full menopause, which is called perimenopause, the level of this hormone increases significantly, and the test can detect this increase.
How to Use the test:
To take the test, the test dipstick placed in a container of collected urine for 10-15 seconds. After 3 minutes the test dipstick is then evaluated for the appearance of lines, which indicate the level of FSH in the urine.
How to Read the Results:
If the FSH levels are high, indicating that perimenopause may have started, the device will display a positive result. If the FSH levels are normal or low, indicating that perimenopause has not started, the device will display a negative result.
